How does call forwarding work?


To forward incoming calls to a phone outside our network, you need to access the Function section of the Voice Portal. There, you can specify the phone number to which you want to forward calls and activate call forwarding.

Remember to include the country prefix when entering the phone number. For example: 15148882424.

You can also activate call forwarding directly from a phone connected to our network by dialing either *72 or 9972. For instance: *7215148882424 or 997215148882424.

To deactivate call forwarding from a phone connected to our network, either dial *73 or 9973.

Please note: If your phone's internal dial plan is not configured to pass the various prefixes to our network, the call will fail.
