A web call-back is a feature that allows you to initiate a phone call directly from the Voice Portal.
Located in the Functions section, the web call-back feature enables you to specify a phone number to dial. When the call is answered, the system will conference the callee with the destination number. For example, this feature can be used to have the system call your cellular phone; once you answer, the system will connect you to the final destination number.
You can use any phone number, but remember that the country code prefix is mandatory; for instance, you would input 15148885252.
Instead of using a phone number, you can also opt to have your currently registered phone number dialed for the initial system call.
The destination call can be a phone number, a contact name, or a conference bridge, if you have previously reserved one.
