Web call-back is the ability to initiate a phone call directly from the Voice Portal.

Located in the Functions section, the web call-back features allows you to specify a number to dial so that when it is answered, the callee will be conferenced with the destination number. This could for instance be used to have the system dial your cellular phone, and once the call is answered, the system would conference you with the final destination number.

Any phone number can be used and the country code prefix is mandatory, for example: 15148885252.

In place of using a phone number, you can also have your currently registered phone to be dialed for the initial system call.

The destination call can either be a phone number, a contact name or a conference bridge, if you already have reserved one.
