How are calls billed?

Calls are billed based on the actual conversation duration, rounded up to the next increment. A minimum number of seconds is also applied, depending on the call destination.

• Canada: 30 seconds initial, 6 seconds increment
• USA: 6 seconds initial, 6 seconds increment
• Mexico: 60 seconds initial, 60 seconds increment
• World: 6 seconds initial, 6 seconds increment

For example, if you call Canada for 20 seconds, you will be billed for 30 seconds. However, if you call for 38 seconds, you will be billed for 42 seconds.
