Where can I check my account balance?


You can check your account balance through the Voice Portal, on the main page, or by dialing *12 or 9912 from a phone connected to our network.

Please be aware that the call may not go through if your phone's internal dial plan is not set up to allow the *12 or 9912 prefix to be passed to our network.
