How do I port my number to your network?

Porting a phone number typically takes an average of 5 working days and mainly depends on the losing carrier. Throughout the process, there will be no interruption to your line, as the number is being transferred seamlessly.

You will still retain ownership of the phone numbers you port onto our network.

Here are the steps to port a phone number:

  1. Ensure that your account has sufficient funds to cover the transaction.
  2. Confirm that the phone number you are transferring is not tied to any contracts or specific technical restrictions (e.g., part of a hunt group), as the transfer process cannot override these conditions.
  3. Scan and sign your latest bill on a blank space, and send it to our support team, including the account number that should be used.

Our support team will keep you updated throughout the transfer process.

Please note that porting fees will not be reimbursed if you cancel the transfer or if we are unable to proceed due to any contractual obligations or technical restrictions.
